For a full refund less shipping, returns must be within 10 days and product intact. Hifiman Headphones fall under our 10day satisfaction guaranteed policy. 10days from the date of delivery. Any HIFIMAN product being returned must be issued an RMA and must be repacked in its original packaging and be sent to the location specified on the RA. Product returned to the incorrect location will result in a delayed processing of your return.
